Michelle Quigley Pearson, LMT, CMLDT, C-IAYT
MA#60887735

Michelle has been supporting people to resolve pain, injury, repetitive stress, and other issues of the body since 2003.

She regards massage therapy and yoga as an invitation to experience sensation. Her emphasis on the breath, as well as poses that gently strengthen the body, are an opportunity for the individuals she works with to experience significant changes in their nervous system and beyond.

Michelle Pearson, LMT

She offers therapeutic massage with the purpose of assisting people to overcome maladies resulting from both acute and chronic conditions. She holds certifications from multiple teachers across many disciplines including bodywork, breath coaching, lymphatic drainage, ethics of touch, and yoga therapy.

In classes and private sessions, she teaches yoga-inspired movement, provides breath coaching, and generally helps people to fortify one’s sensitivity to the many nuances in their physical life.

For herself, yoga and group-sharing circles have helped her to feel well-resourced during the ups and downs of life including four pregnancies, the births of two children, family life, athletic pursuits, work life, loss, and living.
